Established in 2017 by founding Directors Tim Botfield and Sarah Wadley, Structural Design Studio Ltd is a design-led Structural and Civil Engineering Consultancy based in South West London. Our award winning studio provides high quality, creative structural designs for both new build and refurbishment projects across all major sectors.

Our team has decades of experience successfully delivering hundreds of projects. We work closely with the client, Architect and Contractor to create unique, innovative and cost effective solutions that enhance buildings and meet the design brief.
As a small practice, every project is led by a professionally qualified Director with support from structural engineers and technicians to ensure that each project is successfully delivered to our high standards.
